Warmest ever Greetings at this most unusual November time!

My Roses are in full bloom outside my front door, beautiful but hitherto previously unseen at this time of year! Sweetly scented and delicately coloured they radiate with pure HOPE and LIFE~

My exhibition is now up and running at The Yoga Ananda Centre in Reigate where my paintings have delighted and surprised even me! There are 10 of them on display hanging together in one bright white room. They seem SO happy to be there together, as they have never all met each other before. Individually they resonate with almost audible sound but collectively they seem to be singing like a veritable choir!

When I think of them now from a distance, I see they are hanging in a circle that is making an unseen column of light which is spiraling upwards.This invisible ring of healing light can be experienced by the people visiting them, and especially those exercising and meditating amongst them. It is quite amazing ! My wish is to be invited to take my exhibition to another venue so that the paintings can keep on singing with their collective voice and benefit even more individuals!

You are all here to experience “LIFE” to develop compassion and to be both Loving and Loved. All the details may be variables but the destinations are all the same. How your landscape differs from another can be huge even between sister and brother.

You may well think because you have a close family link

that your journeys may be somehow similar and your lessons will be the same, just because you share a surname. However this is not the case.

Even identical twins who share the same face have different landscapes to cross.

You may be born into the same family but that has no significance on the Ordinance Survey map of the individual Soul. You have to follow the path that your life reveals to help you arrive at your goal

with your heart filled with Love, complete and whole ~

Exciting Autumn EXHIBITION NEWS ~

I am delighted to announce that I will be having an exhibition in September at the Yoga Ananda Holistic Center in Reigate, Surrey from 16*9*11 which will run for six weeks.

The center director Leon Deith attended one of my talks on "Art with a spiritual Heart" at a recent Holistic and Mystic show and as a result of hearing about my work and my journey as a spiritual artist he offered me a solo exhibition, for which I am extremely grateful!

Many people have been asking me for quite a while to display my original paintings some where and to give a guided talk through the stories of each one. They all come with powerful messages and meanings which can often help people to connect with the healing energy and hidden magic held within the each image.

I will soon be putting these stories up on my website as a long awaited response to the many many requests to do so! I Apologize for the delay~

Sometimes seeking medical assistance can bring reassurance

that all is not doom and gloom. Your own imagination can clearly conjure up symptoms and prognosis that are born out of fear, create a sense of panic and exacerbate the sense of unease. The reality may well be that something is out of balance and could be addressed which would help your general state of well being and make you worry less.

Your fight or flight mode has been on permanent overload for you have had a lot to process and transform. Give yourself time to assimilate all the changes and shock and tremors that have rocked your world and appreciate the vibrational disruptions these have created and continue to cause your mind body and spirit to work as best as they can to heal your heart and help your soul to reach its goal.

Many good good things are coming and are already starting to appear in your life. See them all as exciting positive signs of the continuation of LIFE. Be grounded in TRUST this is a must and be infused and inspired by HOPE * Keep on believing you are always where and who and what you are meant to be,

so BE~

Be positive and Hopeful, be grounded and trusting. Be ever mindful of what you are thinking and saying, projecting and preying. Make sure it is all coming from the same hymn sheet and that there is no room for self doubt or disbelief to even come near.

Sing with confidence about your bright future,

sing about being the great visionary and tutor,

sing about the glorious abundance and prosperity in your world.

Sing about the pure LOVE you are surrounded by.

Sing about the brilliant white LIGHT of the Heavenly realm that radiates in all directions from your very core.

Be the beacon of great HOPE and turn up your beam.

The world is in need of extra light right now so be well grounded to anchor it firmly to the ground. Focus on your own health in a positive way so that you can continue to be the greatest you can be, That is your own responsibility.

Well 3 months have now passed since I posted the sad news of my mothers departure from this world. It has been very difficult indeed to find the way to move on beyond the grief and total isolation of bereavement, but I am still standing and life does still go on!

Now more than ever I can appreciate how fortunate I am to have the loving guidance and reassurance from "Twitchy" my spirit guide, to inspire and encourage me to think and act in the best possible way to move forward , onwards and upwards!

This is some of the latest writing that I have received it is very interesting and definitely for general reading.

Trust in the power of LOVE, trust in the process of LIFE~

The only constant thing in life is change for the universe and your reality are perpetually in a state of flux.

You are the creators of your own futures as much as your own present and your own past. So build wisely for the future on building blocks that will serve you well and truly last.

Too many people have lost their way, lost their HOPE

TRUST is very solid and grounding whereas HOPE reaches Heavenly highs and bridges the gap between the earthly reality plain that allows your hearts and minds to fly, be both grounded in TRUST and infused with great HOPE then you will be best prepared for whatever will come and always be able to cope.

Sometimes it is very difficult to hold onto either which is why you need them most, for without them as your guiding light tis easy to loose your way in the darkness of the night~

The message from above is breath in the GREAT LOVE

that is being sent at this time . It is there for you one and all and ALL of you should embrace it, it is there expressly for you.

Extra light is what is needed most on planet earth at this time,

that and a willingness to CHANGE.

For NOW is the time for all things to evolve and grow.

You cannot cling onto anything from the past because it is what you know, tis time indeed for a mighty release and a willingness to try new things. For without a willingness to try how would you discover you can Fly?

Sometimes an inner sense of knowing needs a physical way of showing. These things need to be seen to be believed by yourselves as much as by anyone else. Embrace the changes and the challenges ahead for all in all they are Heaven sent! You do know through pain you grow so do not take it so deep,

release it and see quite where your life will go~

Tears are precious droplets of pure loving, life giving and soul cleansing. Each one is full of potential and purity see them all as the sea of abundance and let it fall from you eyes and heart as freely as from the skies above. Pure LOVE from the source is priceless and pain may cause their flow

Cosmic changes thus rearranges the influences on you all.

Planetary movements and astrological alignments means the shifting of both minds and matter previously set in stone. Everything is going to be affected, be it animal, vegetable, or mineral, be it your head, your heart and your home~

These cosmic occurrences will definitely create disruptions.

Much of the world as it stands is in need of great change,

peoples values, their attitudes, their selfishness and their greed!

Too much power and control has fallen to those who wield it as if it were theirs to ensure personal gain. Then you can take precautions and suitable actions to secure your health and safety and remain sensibly indoors. Of course even this cannot guarantee total protection but sometimes to be fore warned is to be fore armed and gives you the greatest chance of survival~

Free yourselves up from all attachments for the changes that are coming require you to be as flexible as a reed and as bending and as strong as you can be. These changes really are coming for one and all so do not stall in your distribution of this guidance for it is sent for your greater protection.

Fond farewell to my beloved mother ANGELA Saunders

Dear All, this is the saddest post for me to compose. Right now I am faced with the biggest change I have ever had to face. It really is the true end of an era, the entire end of my life as I have thus far known it~
My mother has been my BEST BEST friend always, we shared the most incredible closeness that went far beyond the realms of most mother/daughter relationships, we were truly BLESSED~

She was simply the wisest and bravest, most dignified and graceful being I have ever met, She was unfortunately taken from us by illness but was thankfully at peace in herself and ready to pass over.

Thankfully I had some very comforting and reassuring words of great wisdom from Twitchy in the last few months and weeks.

Never mind, there is plenty of reassurance from Twitchy about what and why we are all going through so much stuff and I thought it best just to publish all of the latest writing I have received~

Time and time again co incidents will happen alignments will occur and synchronicity will be seen to be at play! Mostly these things pass unseen but are happening all the same.

Such as simultaneous messages and guidance being received in different places and different times but linked by a common name! I have mentioned before that my name is actually of no significance and its relevance has no place in your world anymore. But my messages and guidance certainly do and the power and responsibility for them and their subsequent delivery I bestow unto you!

I know it is sometimes not exactly a blessing for you as it does indeed carry a great weight on your physical shoulders but your soul knows me well and you are exactly who you are meant to be to carry out the role that is required of you ~

You are not disappointing me or anyone. You are developing and evolving at a perfect rate do not fret you will not be too late!

T’is only your conscience presenting the pressure upon yourself. We will give you all the necessary help and guidance that you need. You are an unusual being that is for sure, but you are not alone. You have all the support you need right here and in your own home~

Your family are fully aware of the rarity of you and your being, and they LOVE and support and share in your uniqueness as it is in their makeup too. Your boy and your girl are more like you than any others in the world! They are different too in their makeup for they share the genes of your magnificent husband their father. He is a kind and gentle protector. He is LIGHT and he is strength and protection. Together you have created a totally unique generation of your family lines. Hold each other close and kindly for what you have in common, is in fact quite uncommon, outside Sayers Common!

T’is the end of the first month of the first year of the new decade And you have all done a great deal already to shift your own vibrations to lighten your interior decorations, to enhance the newness of this exciting phase and to set the new tone of clarity and calmness and expansion~

Great things are in store for you one and all and you are right to set the new positive tone in your mind, body and home! Your spirits will all fly high as the seasons turn and your good health does return. You have all been through great periods of illness and transition clearance and remission. So often as you do know children have a growth spurt after an illness and so even though it may be less evidential you can be reassured that you will be emerging from this prolonged winter of health issues and physical discontent.

You will be refreshed and reborn unto the world as a newer, healthier, Clearer, brighter you!

This newness will be an inspiration to many to go through the changes that are necessary to achieve the lightness of being that you have all gained and sustained through your own trials and tribulations and thus have raised you own vibrations~

If not now then some day soon, there will be pure light around the world Golden from the Sun and Silver from the Moon~ If the darkness can be penetrated and eliminated by being illuminated then let the incandescence begin~

You are all capable and culpable so let the pure light in. Once you have opened up your heart and made a true start to clear out old harboured hatred and pain then the healing light the comfort and joy can return and refill the cavities filled by dark memories and depravities or heartache of regret and greed.

An enormous SPRING CLEAN is what is required by one and all of you to release out unto the universe all that is of negative value, of heaviness and no worth~ This truly is the time for RE:BIRTH~ For you all as individuals, for you all as humanity, for you all and Mother EARTH~

The clearing and cleansing is a slow and boring process and you are all suffering the exhaustion of this lengthy process but will benefit from it greatly in the months ahead and years to come. This is a very important time when this hard work on clearing the SELF is done before thy kingdom can truly come!

Pay attention to things that spring to mind, to things that seem to be surfacing after a very long time. Embrace their return and review their significance and RELEASE them thoroughly. For once the run of play is with you, encourage your fellow man to "seize the day"~ Ride high upon this tide of astronomical positivity and change and take a leap of faith and dive on into the future with confidence and grace and encourage others to do the same~

The light of the world is upon us and is available to you one and all, will come to your beck and call if you open yourself up to be a conduit of change and source of golden light it can pour down from the heavens and down through your soul to feed and illuminate your fellow beings and your beloved planet Earth.

Help humanity and Mother Earth re~birth, be the change you wish to see in the world~ Be the light ~ be the HOPE, be the beacon of purest whitest LIGHT Be the incandescent beam you know yourself to be, allow yourself to be fueled from the mighty source and burn more brightly than in your wildest dreams!

You truly are a composite made of many things and only a fraction of the whole of what and who you are has so far come into form. Emergence is required. You have outgrown the former form of yourself and must now prepare to emerge as the next evolution of you the you that is now required. The end of the decade was the turning of the page ~ right here right now a new you as born, a new more highly tuned and expanded version of yourself. You may be aware already of some of the sensory changes and sensitivities but embrace them all as they present themselves.

These changes are a vital part of your growth and development.

Open your crown and allow the golden light to flow down and fill your soul, fill your aura, fill your very being. Expand your mind for you will be able to embrace ideas now of a much greater kind.

DECEMBER~ A VERITABLE WINTER WONDERLAND!

Deep snowy grteetings to you one and all,

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the people whom have attended my talks on

"Art with a spiritual Heart " recently and given me such wonderful positive feed back and praise.

I really feel that giving such talks and workshops is the way forward for me, teaching what I feel most passionate about and inspiring others to explore their own creativity and help raise their own vibrations in the process, to get back into their flow, to reconnect fully with source~

If telling my own story and sharing my own journey can now prove to be of benefit and inspiration to others then come on universe give me the opportunities to speak to wider audiences and I shall say YES!

Obviously one of the most important things i have to convey are the wise words of channelled guidance that I receive from the beloved Twitchy. Sometimes his words are gentle and comforting and sometimes they are more weighty and factual like this piece below which is pretty heavy bananas, it is really good but does feel a bit like sitting in an astrophysics lecture~

The time space continuum and the overlap of race and reverberation create an interesting framework and veritable grid of existence.

The junction points of intense interaction and cosmic reaction are of the uttermost importance. You, me, and all that there is, are fast approaching such a point at which positive change can be effected out of a probable catastrophe.

The Mayans had all but prophesised this for their understanding of the delicate order and balance of the intricate layering and cosmic lace that dictates our reality is extremely fragile at this point and has the potential for total collapse.

It is therefore key to all that has been or yet to come that this vulnerable point in the network of the universal existence and balance of matter and anti matter be bridged or patched if you wish, to prevent the total annihilation of all that there is

This is a cosmic emergency and requires a lot of beings to achieve “emergence” from their solely physical existence to their higher vibrational forms for active duty in the Special Forces unit as it were. To act with great speed and efficiency as the highly trained and evolved task force of purest light workers that they truly are.

You have been seconded to your role on earth to live as it were as “sleeper” agents. NOW ~ NOW~ NOW~ is your time to truly wake up and start to reconnect to the higher information, the higher frequency being that is your higher self. You are here to lead by example ~ regroup with your kindred spirits and do the work that is yours to do. Act out the orders you were given a very long time ago.

To be present and present here on earth at this time is THE most important thing of ALL.

Those of you whom are incarnated now are those of you whom will and can make a difference. See the world as a continued source of human existence, a thing of great love and beauty and be an active part of the saving of it as such.

Project golden light across the possible black hole in the future of the world. Shine brightly so that the darkness does not consume the place and extinguish the human race.

Be the beacon of light that inspires other to project love and hope against the odds and make Heaven a place on Earth.

This is a time of HUGE cosmic change and it has to be tipped to go in your favour or it cannot be guaranteed mankind’s survival.

As things stand Mother Earth needs an enormous Helping Hand.

The literal fabric of the earth is breaking up, the network of energy and matter that forms the matrix of its existence is what is at risk.

‘Tis not an attack from an alien species or some such science fiction theme. Nor ’tis it some Dr Evil figure that wields his power of destruction over humanity, but it is the balance of dark matter versus light!

More pure light golden and bright, positively charged and actively pulsating is what is needed to stem the pernicious growth and cancerous nature of the pure dark matter that is eating away at the fabric of the time space continuum and of

LIFE and existence in all its forms ~

When September comes~

I hope you have had a lovely summer and enjoyed the long hot days we have had. It is such an amazing feeling having the golden light of the sun touching your skin, to be caressed by its warmth and to be kissed by its golden rays. As English people we are so desperate to have our bones warmed and our vitamin D boosted! It has also been great eating fresh summer fruits, having picnics and going to the beach, generally enjoying being outdoors. Summer helps to put smiles on peoples faces which can only be a good thing.

Mother Teresa once said~

"Let us always meet each other with a smile, for the smile is the beginning of love."

September is such a lovely month, the tomatoes are still ripening with the gentle warmth of the late summer sun while the leaves on the trees are whispering their intention of turning to richer autumn shades, but so far are only hinting at the excitement of it and not really started to do so in earnest!

This year particularly all the vegetation appears to be so vibrant and alive! The hedgerows are thick and rich with wild berries, the trees laden with ripe apples and pears, and allotments and gardens are boasting a host of multicoloured vegetables. Big red and purple cabbages, huge orange pumpkins and yellow squashes, sweet corns and parsnips of harvest gold, with green courgettes and broccoli. Magnificent Dahlias blooming amongst them like marvellous explosions of flamboyant colour, natural, organic abundance abounds! Home made soups will soon be on the menu again for lunch~

With all the fantastic colours around we are reminded of the whole magnificent spectrum that runs through us energetically in the form of the Chakras. One of the routines I am delighted to get back in place is doing my daily morning Yoga and meditation. This resources me mentally and physically in a way that nothing else can do. If you do not already practice yoga yourself I strongly suggest that you try it.

"The UN International Day of Peace on 21 September every year is not only about creating peace between nations, it's about non-violence in our homes, communities and schools. Therefore Peace Day is relevant to every human being on the planet.

Thank you very much to every one who came to my Open House

on the 12 June and helped make it a truly wonderful day. We were very blessed with lovely weather delicious cakes and great company! It was fantastic to see so many people.

time of year is here again, when the sun is highest in the heavens again. Tis the longest of days, and the shortest of nights, when the Northern Hemisphere is bathed in maximum light.

Tis the time for plans and schemes to materialise and hopes and dreams to be realised. Tis a time of great positivity and change. For growth of many kinds fauna and flora, hearts and minds. Celebration and affirmation,

Life is good, Life is sweet, Life is Hope Life is LOVE sent to you all from Heaven and the sun of suns on High ~

You can trust more and worry less for your life has been truly blessed. You will find your way each and every day for it is a journey and not a destination. How wonderful it is to have the golden sunshine back in our lives, beaming its warmth and glory down upon us from beautiful clear blue skies. Blossoms are blooming, buds are growing, and at long last the trees are once again wearing their best greens!

I am hoping to have finished my latest painting by then and to be able to reveal it to the world.This one is very different to those that have come before and I think it is a very interesting piece. It is an intriguing and beguiling moonlit landscape in a deep dark midnight pallet of colours. Reflecting the times we live in and the need to connect to source to fill your heart and soul with GREAT LOVE~

What a beautiful day some would say whilst others are in despair~

Tis the same story on most days but none of you really care!

When the disaster is out of sight and out of mind tis easier to ignore,

but this recent so called "Act of God" has got your attention for sure!

Many poor people in distant parts of the world are suffering greatly

from "natural disasters" that have happened before but the world has then turned and they are no longer the centre of peoples concerns,

as they focus upon themselves once more!

This latest eruption has created mass disruption with in fact little destruction. Other events have destroyed landscapes, buildings and lives.Yet most of you carry on as if nothing is wrong

because the planes can still fly in the sky!

This one is in fact no more or no less than any other, they are all one and the same and I have told you time and time again they will continue to happen with greater regularity and verocity until you all open your eyes.

Now you can feel for people in faraway places because they are family and friends stranded by grounded planes, but all people everywhere

are your sisters and brothers even when the planes fly again.

This eruption may only last for a mere number of days

but there are plenty more that maybe in store. With the vast number of volcanoes present on the planet you would all be mistaken for sure if you think it will be over soon and there will not be any cause for concern anymore!

History has shown they often trigger each other and then what would you all do? Wake up to the changes that are already in action, these events are a chain reaction! Tis exciting times some of you would say, whilst others will run and hide. Tis time in fact to look deep inside and find strength of true character and compassion not mere ego and self pride~

Develop a greater sense of union with your fellow human beings,

this is your greatest hope for survival and of lasting peace inside.

What the future has in store for you all who can say,

LOVE LOVE LOVE each and everyday

then see what the wind blows your way!

Pluming Marvellous ~

Up up and away.........in volcanic smoke!

The planet is erupting

and the earth is quaking and s

haking in the most dramatic and quickest succession of natural disasters the world has seen for a very very long time.

Every one is yet another indication that the planet is deeply unsettled and far from at peace with itself or its inhabitants!

I have created a mystical crystal circle in my garden as a totem and magical offering to help protect my family and the U.K and the whole planet in general from any negative fall out fr

om the massive cloud of dust and debris from the volcanic eruption in

Iceland that is currently suspended in the upper atmosphere above us.

Well, I thought i had better do something

Back in March Twitchy wrote the following message to us all!

The countdown is ON! but in essence great change has already begun No need to wait and see what will be will be in 2012~

All that has been prophesied will be revealed and the so called future of mankind will be sealed. As the pendulum does gain momentum on its journey from side to centre to side, the speed of these planetary disasters will quicken and more disasters and devastation will occur.

These are NOT isolated incidents of an unrelated kind, be they storms or earthquakes, fires and volcanoes, floods and famines or plagues.

The balance of nature is being shaken up and a new order will be established many years from now and a New World will be formed out of the ashes of this.

And mankind one day will rise again like the mighty Phoenix but only out of the flames and burning shell of what we are today!

Whether it is possible for humans to change enough if they were all to do so today who could say, for it will never happen. That you must all change and adjust to the changes that happen around you is without doubt. You really are all living in extremely difficult times and there will be a great deal that awaits in store for a great many whom will not endure. This is not a message just sent to spread fear,

tis a truth that will come to pass for sure~

Much as the Mayans have known this for a very long time and still awoke and greeted each day with hope and a smile. So too should you for without HOPE and LOVE and LIFE and appreciation of all that is good and pure and of true value in the world, how could any of you go on! You can not loose Hope you have to learn to go with the flow

even if it is the enormous swell of a tidal wave or the mighty force of a Tsunami you must hold on and keep moving forward for there is no going back, not now, not ever!

Many people will desperately try to get back to a world they knew, to the security of the daily lives they have known, but there will be no opportunity for such nostalgia and regret, for one can not jump in the same river twice particularly with the speed at which the new waters are now flowing. This pace will ever quicken and so you must free your minds to the new realities. Set your eyes upon the far horizon, make that what you set your eyes on for what you thought you knew that laid ahead between yourselves and that distant goal, well that will now be the great unknown, a new landscape for your soul.

Try to stay positive even with the acceptance of this knowledge for you must remain a source of LIGHT now even more so than ever before. Take good care of yourself so that you can be as strong as you will need, so that you can be as happy and as loving as you can be for without great LOVE and Joy the world would be a very different place, greet the future with a smile upon your face~

Focus upon the sweetness of birdsong, of the lightness of the laughter in your children's voices, on the 'joie de vivre" that is all around. Enjoy each and every day, come what may. They are all good. Keep on believing that your life will be bathed in golden light and it shall be so, BE the golden light that in truth illuminates it so!

Tis not too late for pities sake so do not give up and cry~

Now is the time to open your wings and teach the world to fly~

Lead by example, be like your Humming Bird and keep your own vibrations high~

Help others to feel the same that is why you are here again!

Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly,

people can too if they have the right incentive and encouragement to TRY~

Remember to keep in the flow for there is a long way to go from source to sea a whole life could be spent journeying to the rivers end.

Do not get caught in deep pools or loose too much pace when out in open space, just keep on going~

The pace will quicken when the terrain requires so do not meander or dissipate your own energy when it is not supplied by external momentum.

Tune in deeper to the under current of perpetual flow use this deeper supply to help you fly so you can more quickly cover the less interesting parts of the course, just try~

2012~ Orbs and Unicorns!

I have recently returned from a wonderful weekend in the majestic highlands of Scotland where I attended a two day seminar at Findhorn held by "Dianna Cooper' on 2012 and beyond ~

It was a great gathering of incredible people and an amazing opportunity to reconnect with some very 'old friends'.The seminar not only covered the phenomenal changes expected for the planet and humanity for 2012 and beyond but also Elementals, Unicorns and the beautiful angelic energy of Spirit Orbs~

I want to say how much I enjoyed meeting the other delegates and sharing the special group energy which we all hope has gone to help bring extra light to the places on the planet most in need right now, especially Haiti.

Looking forward to meeting up with many of you again some day, hopefully soon!

Thank you very much to all the people who came to my open studio

and helped make it a truly wonderful event! It was also my birthday

on 12th which made it a particularly special day for me.

It was a huge success and due to popular demand I plan to hold another

one sometime in the New Year so that some of those who could not make

it have another opportunity to come!

On a sadder note, a lovely lady called Ali who I met a few years ago,

has recently passed over. She has left us a beautiful poem called

"Tree Pose in Blue" which goes amazingly well with my "Tree of Life"

painting which regretfully she had not seen.

Awakening from frozen dark, Spring trees

Unbend, unfurl, unfold upwards, undo

Autumn & reverse their Winter striptease

Reaching for glorious, astounding Blue.

From cold roots up to naked twigs, hollow

Winter emptied them: but reaching for Blue

Fills them with infinity, they swallow sky

Devour divinity.

And so you and I must do, keep struggling free

The winds of change and my Open Studio

Greetings as the season quickly turns from rich autumn shades to wintry blustery showers! Great things can come from what these powerful "winds of change" do bring. The promise and potential for great change is now here for us all, in these positively charged, vast and billowing clouds!

The polar ice caps are melting indeed but within their frozen depths has been held pure water filled with the clear energy and memory of bygone eras, when the world was not so polluted and tainted with greed and mans selfish lust for power and the pain and horrors of war. Fresh water charged with good, positive energy is now released unto the world and fills the depths of the oceans and seas. It is this new/old water that is evaporated up into the atmosphere to be rained down as droplets of hope and inspiration to us all. To literally wash the planet clean and revive humanity. We humans are made up of 70% water and as such now have the opportunity to drink in and refresh ourselves with this supercharged h2o. It is then carried upon these powerful winds and forms these wonderful clouds which do indeed have silver linings !!

Humming Bird~

This is my latest painting and has only just been finished. It brings the message of JOY. It encourages us to seek out the goodness in life and focus on whatever it is that brings us joy whether it be fantasy or reality. To keep our own vibrations "High" and not to be pulled down by the negative turbulent energy that abounds!

Twitchy's wisdom about it says this~

There is a rhythm and flow to life, and I am part of it!

Life supports me and brings to me only good and positive experiences.

I trust the process of life to bring me my highest good ~

Sometimes life has a funny way of unfolding to make you re asses your priorities, to encourage you to fully appreciate the now, and change the importance you put on the goals your are aiming for!

Since last I wrote the focus of my whole life has been family and spending top quality time with them all. We have had a wonderful summer filled with great love and lots of magical occasions. Treasured relies have come home from far away places, and some have gone off on adventures of their own to places unknown, and will return someday full of stories to share. Time spent with those you love lasts forevermore.

My loved ones near and far are more important to me now than ever ~

Summer is over, schools are back and my children are growing up before my very eyes.

Autumn is here , my favorite time of year and Life is sweet ~

The painting I am working on right now is probably the happiest , brightest and most magical fantasy painting I have ever done! It is a "Humming Bird" shimmering in flight amidst a fantastical tropical explosion of fauna and flora! It is about the importance of heightening our personal vibrations and seeking out the goodness in life. Hummmmmm.......... something I am trying to do!

It is definitely time to try and maintain the highest vibrations and most positive out look possible somehow, so that we do not sink into to the darkness and yuck that the media would have us believe is all that there is out there.

I believe what you think about you DO bring about, so HOPE dose spring eternal in my world and is alive and kicking in my studio if nowhere else!!!!

This months news is very exciting, firstly we have launched our new on-line shop!

Secondly I have submitted my two latest paintings,

'The Tree of Life' and 'Paradise Beach' for consideration for this years

Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts, London.

I therefore ask for all the positive love and best wishes possible to be sent to support them in their time of waiting and judgement!

I have never contemplated doing this before but these two

paintings are somehow different to my other work and I got the distinct feeling they would love the opportunity for a very grand debut and the possibility of an extremely large public viewing!

Fingers crossed they will meet with approval

from the so called "Hanging Committee".........

We will find out at the end of May and I will of course post the result here!

Also in May I am contributing an original painting "Blazing Sunset" to the charity fund raising auction being held at 'The Special Yoga Centre' in London. This is to help raise much needed funds for the wonderful centre where they lovingly assists children with special needs.

This is an exciting art event to be participating in as there are to be artworks available from great contemporary British artists such as Damien Hirst, Sam Taylor-wood, Vivienne Westwood and many more.

This month too I have some original flower paintings on show at The Cassiel Art Gallery in Rye as part of the 'BumbleBee Heaven' show. This is a completely magical little gallery run by a very lovely lady called Emma. It is a wonderful place to visit and a must see for all visitors to the region!

SPRING IS IN THE AIR ~

Spring is in the air and hope is returned to the land! How fantastic to see new life bursting forth from seemingly dead wood. Bright blue skies and gentle soft sunshine following crisp white snow and frosted spiders webs.

Ahhhh........ to be in England now that spring is there!

Since early December I have been ensconced in the depths of my studio painting away in my happy place, as it is known. Now it is time for me and my latest works to emerge with the turning of the seasons and the forth coming solstice.

My work has definitely evolved into something new over the past year and become not only more detailed but more descriptive too.I have a very spiritual outlook on life and this is beginning to carry through my work more and more. It now not on

ly tends to enhance the surrounding it is in but also raises its vibrations and those of the viewer. My latest 2 paintings are good examples of this.

"Tree of Life" ( pictured above)

This was an epic painting for me to complete as it required a lot, in fact demanded a lot, of

personal inner journey work! It is about getting well and truly grounded in the here and now and to be fully present on the planet! Something that I have always struggled with being more of an off the planet visionary dreamer and explorer of higher spiritual flight!

However after carrying the image around in my head for at least a year I settled down to the task and spent months and months on it until at last, I achieved it !

It has not even left my studio yet and I have already had some amazing responses from the people who have seen it. It definitely does seem to have quite a profound effect on the emotions! It tends to stop people in their tracks and makes them take stock as to where they are in l

ife and more importantly, in themselves.

Strangely enough it has made me much stronger, more confident and much more grounded!

So far I have only produced hand finished greetings cards of the image and yet I sell out of them as quickly as i can produce them. The Tree of Life is a powerful image for sure and I am looking forward to the response it will get when the painting has its first public showing.

"Paradise Beach"

The new one I have been working on is a definite follow on from the tree.

It is an open blue sky with billowing white clouds filled with hope and positive energy, trimmed with silver linings, as life itself so often is.

It represents all that is good and exciting for the future, coming from the heavens and viewed over a topical turquoise sea. Sets of crystal topped white water waves, break gently onto the shoreline of prosperity. A sweeping white sand beach lays out stretched, receiving with great ease, the natural treasures and gifts, shells, pearls and even 24 carat gold the sea of abundance has to bestow.

Tropical exotic flora and fauna offer all the goodness that life can give on the land and the beauty of simply being here, fully grounded, not such a bad prospect if Life really is a beach!

The true natural wonder and magical delight of the whole scene is in fact offered by a radiant

yet hidden sun, beaming down heavens LOVE and finest light, from behind one of the big white clouds. This implies that hope does spring eternal and that all is well with the world!

The Yoga Show and beyond.......

Greetings blog followers, well despite my good intentions it has taken me longer to get back to this than expected! I have been busy loading new stock onto my forth coming web-shop which is nearly ready to go live, hopefully just in time for Christmas shoppers to explore and delight in!
I have recently developed some very exciting new merchandise that I am particularly proud of and now looking forward to offer up to the global market place of the world wide web! Hooray!

I have recently exhibited at Olympia in London as part of The Yoga Show which was an exciting way of launching my merchandise to the public where it was happily met with much enthusiasm.

The show itself was visibly quieter than previous years and sadly with footfall distinctly down and costs definitely up it may be the last time that I exhibit there. It is always great to meet the public and I am very fortunate to receive a lot of praise and encouragement whenever I do.
My work is so detailed and textured that it is best seen and touched to really be understood and embraced fully, and it is now a truly sensory experience.
My original paintings are made from 3D bits and pieces and have various special paint effects to add extra magic and mystique to them. In my mind it is essential then that each new item I create needs to bring a certain quality of it own. Personally I hate it when you see something your eyes like but are totally disappointed when your skin actually touches it!
There for I have designed my merchandise to please on many levels.
One of the most interesting new things I have created is a wide range of cushions using all my original images. These come in two exciting and tempting styles~

The first being my exclusive Bespoke hand finished cushions which are printed on the softest suede fabric and then individual embellished with vintage mother of pearl buttons, crystals and beads and trimmed with shell, crystal or beaded fringe.
These are heavenly to touch and hold, they really are boudoir chic, exceptionally sensuous and sexy!
The second is my Luxury range which are printed on the same super soft suede fabric and are fully washable.

Enough of my personal work developments and onto the news of the week regarding Twitchy and "One From The Heart". After months of waiting to hear back from a number of various celebrities in the spiritual and self development fields I finally got a lovely response from Marianne Williamson, the most influential and well respected spiritual activist and author of
"A course in Miracles"

Honouring and Emerging

The Past, Present and Future . Me, myself and me!
Welcome to you one and all~ Well here I go launching my self and my personal version of life and all that it entails, onto the airwaves or web waves or whatever you call them…..
For those of you who do not know me, I am a pretty complex creature skipping through life by several names!
My former, maiden-self , was Claire Saunders , proud to be the daughter of David Saunders International designer extraordinaire! Sadly he passed over 13 years ago this week and is greatly missed by us all.
I trained as a Fashion designer at Ravensbourne college of Art and Design and then at The Royal College of Art in London. During this part of my life as this “me” I worked as a freelance designer travelling far and wide and free… Then worked as a tutor at the London College of Fashion teaching design and use of colour to the Fashion Stylist and Hair and makeup artist of the future….. it was at this time and it was under this name that I published my book

This is a collection of chanelled writings that I have graciously received from my personal source of Universal Wisdom and consciousness that I refer to as “Twitchy” This book was self published with much Saunders support and family help, funding from my mother and graphic design, production and launch by my big brother Julian. We are very proud of our accomplishment with this delightful little tome, it is filled with gently positive guidance for anyone who is open to hearing it! Some people are not and that is fine, but those who are can now be counted in there thousands! We published our book 12 years ago now and have achieved sales equivalent to a book a day which is quite amazing in itself , but particularly impressive as we have had no publicity, no PR and no proper distribution……….. It truly is a magical little book that has an energy that just wants to go …to wherever it wants to go …and to spread the comfort and wisdom that it holds to whomever needs to read it, and to hear it, and to feel its love and support that is held within its pages. ~ The next “me” to emerge was the “mother” me. This has been such a wonderful personal evolution it has to be experienced to be believed! Along with the physical changes that occurred, the sheer joy of becoming a parent and the total lack of sleep! All of which were incredible, also came a very different spiritual metamorphosis. It was sadly at this time that my beloved father passed away and the little girl in me who was devastated had to move aside and the adult/parent “me” was forced to step forward and take the stage!. It is a horrible thing for anyone of any age to loose a parent and my father was only 64 years of age. It was as if Claire Saunders I had known myself to be had to move on when my father moved on and over. …. Soon after this point I happily chose to embark on the next major personal transformation into the married me, the Mrs me, the brand new grown up “me” Mrs Claire Johnson ! With this new found family “me” I no longer wanted to commute to London so I started painting as another form of creative expression. For the past 12 years I have been creating paintings out of all sorts of bits and pieces of recycled crystals, gems and jewellery. Silk flower petals, beads buttons and broken mirrors…….. These have been created from my imagination and the vast store of visual references that my many travels and adventures overseas has afforded me! Now there you have it! the two public faces of “me” and yet there is another phase I feel emerging as we speak~ They do say the three stages of woman are Maiden~ Mother ~Crone well I don’t know about that but I am well on the way to becoming something! I am definitely not through with my mother phase, I don’t think any mother ever is but now my children are both at Senior school and no longer so dependant on my ever present mummyness it is time for me to stretch my wings a little more and dare to fly a little higher! I continue to receive the guidance from Twitchy that we originally complied into my book and now have plenty that could become a second volume. As the times are somewhat tricky and trying for us all right now, I have found that the call for my book has become louder and louder and sales are increasing daily! The latest writing too is very interesting and compelling so I think the best thing to do is to put it up on this blog, as and when I receive it for one and all to read. Hopefully we will get an established publisher to take on our book and to reformat it to include the new material we have to date.
I will posting some of 'Twitchy's' latest writing in the next few days.
Also I exhibited at the “Yoga Show" recently at Olympia in London and launched some of my new merchandise to the much discerning U.K public and will be posting pictures and examples of these soon. Until then All best wishes Claire.
